• Provided Design Consultancy for 2500 residential buildings for "Seva Bharathi" at North Karnataka in flood-affected areas of Gadag, Haveri, Bagalkot, Bijapur, and Raichur Districts. Eeach unit measuring 300 sft of built-up area.
• Designed and Constructed 143 residential buildings for "Vyakti Vikas Kendra (Unit of Art of Living)" , for re-shifting of Khairawadagi Village, Hunagunda Taluk, Bagalkot district, Karnataka. Each unit measuring 350 sft of built-up area.
• Constructed "Akila Bharathiya Panchamasali Maha Vidya Peeta" at Kudalasangam, Hunagund taluk, Bagalkot district, Karnataka. A three-storied institutional building measuring 15,900 sft. of built-up area.
• Constructed a degree collage at Hunagund, Bagalkot district, Karnataka. A two-storied institutional building of 12,600 sft. built-up area.
• Provided Design Consultancy for Tata Motors at Bellary, Karnataka. Commercial Structure of 84,700sft built-up area.
• Provided Design Consultancy for NR Green Woods at Mestri Palya, Bangalore. A Six-Storied apartment building with a built-up area of 62,800sft.
• Provided Design Consultancy for OJUS Power & Tech OES Plant at Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Industrial Structure comprised a built-up area of 46,000sft.
• Provided Design Consultancy for Vikas Souhardha Educational Society School at Sindhanur, Raichur District, Karnataka. A three-storied institutional building of 30,800sft. built-up area.
